I have spent the majority of my career as a clinician working with the same underserved populations and communities I grew up in treating addictions and mental health disorders.

These are excellent choices for those individuals whom are going through hardship. Nevertheless, I also Utilize EMDR therapy as needed or requested. To seek EMDR therapy, I do not require clients to attend ongoing sessions except during the process of EMDR. EMDR is an excellent tools for PTSD. Therapy can be intimidating for some individuals! My approach is very relaxed and natural to create more comfort for individuals. I provide personable environment to meet everyones need. I am here to assist anyone who wants to heal!
