I hold a degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and offer culturally sensitive therapy rooted in my Caribbean background. I specialize in helping clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions in a safe, supportive virtual space where healing and growth can happen.

Our relationship with ourselves can get in the way of success, too. If you’re in a nontraditional relationship or an individual that doesn’t fit the general heterosexual, monogamous, and/or dual gender model no problem. I’ve worked with you all. With an educational background in life span development, I can help you understand how your experiences and life situations have interacted with you to create who you are now, your behaviors, your beliefs and how you interact with the world.
