I have been in practice for 10 years and have served in inpatient, outpatient, and community health settings. I am most passionate about working with adults and elders who suffer from anxiety, depression, and life stressors such as breakups, loneliness, fear, grief/loss, aging, insecurity, attachment issues, career challenges, adjustment issues and just general "I don't know what I'm doing with my life." I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, anger and emotion dysregulation difficulties, communication skill development, the development of coping skills to help with adjusting to life stressors, and psychological testing.
