I have been in practice for 10 years and have served in inpatient, outpatient, and community health settings. I am most passionate about working with adults and elders who suffer from anxiety, depression, and life stressors such as breakups, loneliness, fear, grief/loss, aging, insecurity, attachment issues, career challenges, adjustment issues and just general "I don't know what I'm doing with my life." I continue to attend trainings to be an informed therapist. I received my Masters from the University of South Florida and have been practicing for 4 years after spending 20 years in the education field. I have a background in education, healthcare, end of life care, student support and advocacy for students with 504 Plan accommodations and in home therapy for a community program.
