Many people turn to psychotherapy or counseling for help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and painful relationship patterns, or simply because they feel something is missing from life. At times, we may lack the words to describe our struggles or suffering. By gaining insight into past relationships and experiences, many people begin to make progress toward overcoming these difficulties, becoming more effective in both their work and their personal lives. I am a licensed clinician with 20 years of experience helping individuals achieve a more fulfilling life.

I'm Lynn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Maryland and Florida. I've been a practicing psychotherapist for the past 25 years. Having worked in private practice, hospitals, mental health centers and hospice, I am familiar and comfortable working with all ages, stages of life, sexual orientation, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Hello, my name is Bryan Llorente, I am a licensed clinical social worker and have experience working in several clinical and therapeutic settings. I have also worked for Orlando Health at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies covering the ED/Triage, antepartum and postpartum units of the hospital. In addition, I provided education on post partum depression and child care. In 2021 I began teaching classes as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Central Florida's College of Health Professions and Sciences. I have also worked for the National Suicide Prevention Line where I learned how to deal with a variety of mental health and emotional crisis situations over the phone. I feel well equipped to help my clients deal with a variety of issues, whether in person, or online. I take an objective and collaborative approach to understanding problems, and work with clients to create strategies to address problems head on so that clients learn the skills necessary to achieve their goals.
I’m a mental health professional with a background in counseling, education, human services, and advocacy. I’ve worked with adults, youth, and families navigating relationships, life transitions, identity, stress, and difficult circumstances. My approach is relational, practical, and individualized. I believe therapy is about understanding the whole person, not just the problem that brought you in, and creating meaningful change that carries beyond the therapy room.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting new and expecting mothers. As a parent who has supported my son through anxiety, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to create a safe, supportive, and understanding space for meaningful healing.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, stress, or changes that have affected their overall well-being. This may include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, self-identity, career transitions, chronic or medical conditions, and other significant life experiences.
As a retired Naval veteran, I bring personal insight into military culture, service-related experiences, and the unique challenges that may accompany transitions to civilian life. My experience spans both medical and mental health settings, including supporting military-affiliated individuals and people living with chronic illness. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
You matter. Your feelings matter. Your story and your healing matter. By reaching out for help, you have already taken the first brave and necessary step to self-care and personal growth. I would be honored to walk with you in your journey to better health. I use multiple therapeutic approaches to explore each person's unique needs with a mix of empathy, advocacy, humor, and realness. Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. It’s no small thing making the decision to sign up to talk to a stranger about the overwhelming and very often draining circumstances that you’re in. I want to highlight how much being on this site, and looking through profiles is such a significant step toward your mental health goals.
Anxiety and improving self image are at the core of my work. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from self-criticism and patterns that keep life feeling heavy. The goal of this work isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about learning to navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, confidence, and self-understanding.
I'm not just a therapist. I'm a coffee enthusiast who starts each day with a pour-over and a quiet moment before the world wakes up. I'm an outdoor lover who believes fresh air and moving my body are non-negotiable whether that's a hike, 4x4ing, hitting the resort/ backcountry, a walk with the family, or just standing in the backyard feeling the sun. And I'm a family man. A partner. A parent. Someone who knows what it's like to be pulled in ten directions and still want to show up fully for the people around me.
That life outside the office isn't separate from my work. It's what keeps me refreshed, grounded, and able to come back to this chair with presence and energy. I don't just talk about balance I live it, imperfectly and intentionally.
The work I've done reflects that same groundedness.
I've been shaped by a wide range of experiences: residential treatment settings where the stakes were high and the progress was hard-won. Outpatient practice where life happens between sessions jobs, kids, marriages, breakdowns and breakthroughs. I've sat with clients across the entire lifespan, from geriatric patients navigating legacy and loss to teens just beginning to ask who they are.
That breadth taught me something: suffering doesn't discriminate by age, and neither does healing. Whether you're sixteen or sixty, whether you're processing trauma or just trying to feel less alone, the fundamentals are the same. You want to be seen. You want to be understood. And you want a way forward that actually fits your life.
That's what I'm here for.

I believe healing happens in relationship. Together, we'll create a path toward what matters most to you, whether that's quieting the steady hum of anxiety or finding your way out from under the weight of chronic stress.
Many of us carry more than we let on: the aftermath of a life-threatening illness, wounds from early relationships, connections that left us wanting, or disappointments that knocked the wind out of us. Wherever your story begins, our work is about helping you feel steady on your feet and ready to make meaningful change.
I listen deeply to your lived experience and draw on a range of approaches to support you through life's complexities. You'll find in me a blend of candid insight, honest reflection, and genuine warmth, so even the hardest conversations feel productive, and never something you have to face alone.
With an extensive background spanning the full continuum of care—from outpatient services to long-term inpatient mental health—I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals across a vast spectrum of life experiences. My professional journey has been shaped by the guidance of exceptional mentors and supervisors who have instilled in me a commitment to continuous growth as a provider.
When a client chooses to invite me into their life, I view it as a profound honor and one of the highest levels of trust a person can extend. Because I value this relationship so deeply, I am committed to finding the right fit.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor based in Colorado, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is direct, supportive, and growth-oriented—I combine evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT with deeper insight work to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
I also specialize in working with professionals in high-demand fields. While not limited to these areas, some examples include individuals in the criminal justice system, medical field, legal field, and fellow clinicians. These roles often come with high levels of stress, responsibility, and emotional strain, and I provide a space where you can step out of that role, process what you carry, and receive the support you’re often expected to give to others.
I work best with clients who are ready to move beyond feeling stuck and want both actionable tools and meaningful self-exploration. Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship dynamics, or the unique pressures of your profession, I provide a grounded, collaborative space where you can build confidence, clarity, and alignment with who you want to be.

I was drawn to this work because I know the impact that support from others can have. At different points in my life, I have benefited from people who helped me face challenges, understand myself more clearly, and move through difficult seasons with more honesty and direction. Those experiences taught me how powerful it can be to have someone help you feel less alone while also encouraging growth, accountability, and change. Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, Texas, Nevada, Iowa, and Hawaii and Washington.
I view therapy as a partnership focused on healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. I work with a wide range of adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress-related concerns, and I tailor my approach to each person’s unique story. My goal is to help you strengthen your sense of self, improve relationships, and develop practical tools to live with greater peace and authenticity.

Hello everyone. I would first like to say that I am pleased to have the opportunity of being your counselor/therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with certification specializing in Women's Mental Health (WMHS-C).
I know finding a therapist in todays society can be difficult but you've made it this far, and so it's a pleasure to meet you!
I grew up in Las Vegas, NV in a big, blended family.
During my internship and following graduation, I worked at an inpatient treatment facility for teens dealing with high suicidality, self-harming behaviors, and psychosis. It was during this time that I began to recognize how much work can be done to prevent crises before they strike, rather than trying to figure it all out afterwards. Also, it isn't just big things like suicide that can be prevented-working to decrease stress, anxiety, increase fulfillment..these are worthwhile too.
If you feel nervous/weird/awkward/anxious about therapy, that’s normal.
All I can say is, you matter. You are an important part of the world. Let’s work together and see if maybe, just maybe, things could get a little better.
Who I Am
Hi, I’m a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience—and I still wake up every day passionate about helping people heal and grow. Therapy, to me, is about more than problem-solving; it’s about reconnecting with yourself, rediscovering your strengths, and creating lasting change.
I bring empathy, authenticity, and a laid-back, nonjudgmental vibe to my work. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness with a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. I also bring the perspective of someone who’s walked through the trenches of life—childhood abuse, trauma, tragedy, and the challenges that come with being human. Those experiences don’t define me, but they do shape the way I connect—with honesty, compassion, and a real understanding of what it means to struggle and to heal.
At the heart of my practice is creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure, no judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, tap into your resilience, and build tools to move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.
Helping people heal isn’t just my profession—it’s my calling, and it’s an honor to walk alongside others on their journey.
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a supportive place to sort through what we're carrying. I provide a warm, down-to-earth approach that combines compassion, humor, and practical tools for change. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, ADHD, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they build healthier relationships, stronger coping skills, and a more fulfilling life.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity questions. My style blends depth-oriented therapy — exploring the deeper patterns and stories that shape you — with practical, evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I spent nine years on the Boulder Crisis Team, providing psychiatric evaluations in ERs, jails, and walk-in clinics, which taught me how to stay calm and effective in moments of distress. In our work together, we’ll use both insight and skills — helping you understand the roots of your struggle while learning concrete ways to regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and create a more meaningful, resilient life.
Hi, I'm Alexis- I'm so happy you're here! I'm passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. My work and life experiences have provided me opportunities to work with both adults and young children dealing with anxiety, grief, frustration and stress. My passion is to support those who are navigating emotions related to their current experiences and their hopes for the future. With openness and acceptance, I provide supportive, evidence-based and trauma-informed sessions to promote problem solving and coping with life's imbalances. My specialty has been working with women, mothers and young families. I have a lot of experience with navigating systems that provide support to people with developmental disabilities as well, from ages 0-8.
