My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
I have been a behavioral health counselor for over 20 years. My start in this profession came from my career as an educator in middle and high schools. The need for therapeutic counseling was great and I extended my education to earn an MA in Educational Counseling and then completed supervised therapy complete my license as a Professional Counselor.
My experience is therapy and in raising our family has taught me that individuals generally know what they need to do to make significant behavior changes. What we almost always need is accurate information and supportive relationships. Relationships does not always mean family members. The circle of support comes from counselors, teachers, neighbors and friends. I try to be a part of the positive support system for all of my clients.
A bit about my life in Arizona: Raising our children in a rural community has been one of the best decisions we have made as parents. All of our children were involved in 4H and sports. They have gone on to raise amazing children and we are proud of their accomplishments.
My husband and I are enjoying our retirement and I work hard to manage my counseling practice so that we have time for coffee on the back porch and travel to visit our family.

Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I provide general mental health counseling for teens (13+) and adults with a specialization in treating Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). While you don't need to have a substance use issue to see me, I do have personal experience navigating those challenges. While my approach to treatment is eclectic based on individual needs, I generally employ interventions from CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
I received my BA in Literature from the State University of New York in 1995 and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix in 2021.
Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations (youngest 5 years old and oldest 94), young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 would be better served in an office setting, in my opinion.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 35 years now, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way.
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 10 years of experience specializing in treating anxiety related disorders such as depression, generalized anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, etc. I also work with people experiencing life transitions, grief issues, and women's issues. I have a masters degree in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University and enjoy helping clients reach their life goals.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping others find hope, clarity, and strength through life’s challenges. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and capable of change, no matter what they’ve been through. I love to make a comfortable environment, get to know my clients, and support them while they endure learning more about what works for them.
I have worked with adults for over 14 years in the areas of anxiety, depression, hoarding, death, dying, and aging in both a clinical and medical setting. I specialize in a unique blend of psychotherapy and exercise-integrated therapy to support adults facing depression, anxiety, stress, or life transitions. With an empathetic, client-centered approach, I create a safe, collaborative space to help you explore your emotions and achieve your goals. My tailored strategies, incorporating thoughtful reflection, and physical activity, empower you to foster lasting mental and emotional well-being. I'm here to guide you on your journey with compassion and personalized care.
I’ve been committed to the field of social work since I was 18, driven by a lifelong passion for becoming a therapist and creating meaningful change. My dedication is personal—rooted in my own early experiences with mental health care, including one where I felt unseen by a provider who lacked the lived experience necessary to truly understand my perspective. That moment shaped my purpose: to offer therapy that is compassionate, attuned, trauma-informed, and grounded in safety, trust, and genuine human connection.
As a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clinician, I bring both clinical expertise and lived insight to my work. I understand the unique challenges that can arise when navigating identity, marginalization, and systems that don’t always feel inclusive or supportive. My approach centers on creating an affirming, collaborative space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and empowered to explore their stories.
It’s an honor to walk alongside people in their healing—providing support, perspective, and validation as they move through life’s complexities and toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

Hi there! I'm Abbey.
I specialize in working with women dealing with anxiety, trauma, and complex PTSD. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful healing. I care deeply about creating a space that feels warm, authentic, and collaborative. My goal is to show up as a real person, where you can feel safe to do the same. My approach is all about real connection, deeper insight, and somatic experience. I'm trained in EMDR and take a mind-body approach, blending talk therapy with emotional processing. You're in the driver's seat, choosing what feels most important to explore each week.
I'm here to reflect back what I see, offer insight, and help uncover the emotional root of what's keeping you stuck. I also bring a spiritual lens, encouraging you to see your relationships and challenges as mirrors that can help you to meet yourself more deeply.
My style is warm and collaborative, but also direct - I'm not afraid to gently challenge old narratives or name what feels hard to say out loud. My hope is that this work helps you move toward real freedom. If it feels like we'd be a good fit, I'd love to connect and see how I can support you!

You're exhausted from carrying everyone's emotions and wondering when someone will hold space for yours. But beneath that strength is a quiet fatigue, a longing to be seen without needing to explain, fix, or perform. As a licensed therapist and exhorter, I guide spiritually attuned, emotionally sensitive individuals into deeper healing, where your voice is no longer muted, your emotions are no longer sidelined, and your presence is no longer diluted to make others comfortable.

Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.

I also have extensive experience with working with clients that have an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis and have worked with multiple youths and adults with this diagnosis. During the COVD-19 pandemic, I successfully transitioned my groups to telehealth, and then returned to in-person groups in ’23. I also successfully transitioned my individual client caseload to telehealth, and have continued telehealth practice since this time. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, painting, listening to music or Dungeon and Dragons podcasts, and spending time with my family.
Meet Mike Arieta, LICSW
Hello and welcome. I’m Mike Arieta, a licensed clinical social worker with nearly three decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and teens through life’s most complex challenges. Since 1995, I’ve worked across diverse settings—from foster care and homelessness to adoption and refugee support—and have been practicing clinically since 2011.
My therapeutic approach is body-based and trauma-informed. I believe our bodies often speak before our minds can make sense of what we’re feeling. This philosophy guides my work with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, and transitions that require deep emotional resilience. I integrate movement-based and somatic strategies to help clients reconnect with themselves and their communities.
Currently, I’m completing my Doctor of Social Work degree at Tulane University, where my research focuses on trauma recovery and evidence-informed practices that foster healing. I also hold advanced training in adoption competence and provide support to foster youth, adoptive families, and caregivers navigating complex systems.
Therapy, for me, is a collaborative journey. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their stories, build strength, and move toward meaningful change. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my work—I look forward to connecting with you.
