Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and a little scary. During the first session, we will discuss what has been going on, what has worked, and what has not worked. Together, we can figure out what's not working and create a road map to get you back in balance.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that incorporate a Person-Centered approach. These methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Imaginal Therapy.
I enjoy working with people who are interested in learning and growing. Trauma, Grief, Attachment Issues & Mood Disorders are all areas I enjoy working with. Over time I have worked to find unique ways to integrate traditional clinical modalities with compassion and a lighthearted presence.
