Welcome! I'm am independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) treating clients in AZ. I grew up in Chicago and have been practicing for 17 years. I specialize in relationship problems, addictions of all kind, and the depression that makes life difficult. I aim to give you the skills necessary to live your best life and no longer try to escape through unhealthy means!

My goal is to help you achieve your goals. I am in the happiness business and I want help you achieve a happy, fulfilling lifestyle. I provide compassionate care and I am an efficient and effective counselor who uses evidence-based approaches like CBT and EMDR. I have an eclectic approach and I am skilled at cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, reality therapy, grief therapy, and couples and family therapy. I provide therapy in a supportive, patient, and motivating manner. I do thorough assessments so that I can truly understand your situation and work with you to find solutions to your problems. I try to create an individualized, specific treatment approach for each client. Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together, including keeping each other accountable.

I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.
