Hola-Welcome! My name is Prisma Martinez, LMFT. My mission is to provide a compassionate space where teens, young adults, parents, and professionals can access culturally sensitive mental health support as they prepare for and navigate life. On our first session we will explore the possibility of working together to help you Cultivate the life you deserve & overcome stressful life transitions such as Adolescence, College Life, Adulting, and Parenting.
On our first session, I focus on providing a safe space to listen to your story.
My work is inspired by curiosity, creativity, and courage to cultivate a world where each unique individual has the confidence, tools, and hope they need to break cycles, heal, and thrive without shame, blame, or doubt holding them back.
Individuals in the perinatal period who are navigating fertility struggles, grief/loss, baby blues, postpartum, birth trauma, role identity, marriage, cultural and familial expectations, and parenthood. Adolescents and young professionals navigating life transitions/adjustments, school/college/work life, anxiety, relationship dynamics, grief/loss, career exploration, and role identity. BIPOC individuals navigating acculturation, systemic challenges, generational trauma, communication, boundaries/limitation difficulties, LGBTQ+ community, trauma, and attachment wounds.

SFBT supports clients in building skills that help navigate life situations.
