(she/her)
I’m Vivienne Ayomanor, and I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice, with certifications in both mental health and family medicine. I chose to pursue dual certification because I believe the mind and body are deeply connected, and I want to care for the whole person. My goal is to offer high-quality, holistic support for both mental health needs and chronic health conditions. I am passionate about combining psychotherapy with thoughtful medication management to help my clients find balance and feel supported throughout their healing journey.
In our first session, I take time to introduce myself and explain my role so you know exactly what to expect. I review confidentiality and discuss the limits of privacy to help you feel safe and informed. I use active listening and give you space to share your history, your concerns, and what brings you in. My goal is to understand what you are experiencing so we can begin working together toward clarity, stability, and meaningful progress.
I am a strong, attentive listener who works hard to understand each person’s unique needs. Building trust is important to me, and I take pride in creating a supportive, respectful environment. My approach is patient-centered and considers your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. I draw on cultural sensitivity, open communication, and a collaborative style to ensure you feel safe and heard. I am committed to going the extra mile to support your physical and emotional health while protecting your privacy and dignity.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking support, guidance, and a compassionate space to heal. I believe in offering nonjudgmental, inclusive care where every person feels valued, respected, and understood. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported throughout your mental health journey.
