(she/her)
I believe that lasting wellness is achieved through collaboration. By working together, we can foster positive, sustainable change—body, mind, and spirit. As your partner in this journey, I will guide you with compassion, expertise, and a commitment to your growth. With over 10 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is comprehensive, utilizing a blend of evidence-based practices including • Anxiety & Depression • Bipolar Disorder & Mood Regulation (Building expertise in managing complex mood disorders) • Schizophrenia & Psychosis (Expanding therapeutic strategies for psychotic disorders) • ADHD & Cognitive Support (Enhancing tools for focus, attention, and executive functioning) • Trauma & PTSD • Relationship Issues • Stress Management When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are validated and your concerns are heard. I understand that seeking support can be daunting, and my goal is to make the process as accessible and comfortable as possible.
Clients often feel more at peace when they know what to expect, especially during their first session. In our initial visit, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a comfortable, respectful connection. I’ll ask questions about your medical and mental health history, current concerns, and your goals for care. This is a no pressure space you’re welcome to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll outline a plan tailored to your needs so you know exactly what the next steps look like. It’s the beginning of a collaborative journey, and you won’t be navigating it alone
What makes me unique in my work as a nurse practitioner is the blend of clinical expertise and deep compassion I bring to every session. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations across a range of healthcare settings, which has taught me to listen deeply, think critically, and tailor care to each individual’s needs. My background includes not only medical training but also a strong foundation in mental health, trauma-informed care, and patient education. These experiences allow me to see the whole person not just symptoms and guide clients toward real, lasting change. I believe that healing happens in partnership, and I’m here to walk that path with you.
As a nurse practitioner, my dream client is someone who is open to growth, willing to engage in their care, and ready to take steps, big or small toward lasting wellness. What all my clients have in common, and what I value most, is their courage to show up and do the work. Whether they come in feeling confident or uncertain, each one brings a unique strength and resilience that we build upon together. My role is to walk alongside them, offering guidance, compassion, and evidence-based care every step of the way.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and work on practical strategies to change them. CBT is a collaborative and goal-focused approach that can help you manage stress, improve your mood, and feel more in control of your life.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
In my practice, I use Cognitive Processing therapy to help clients understand how trauma has effected their thoughts and beliefs. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and work to replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. This approach supports healing by reducing distress and improving daily functioning
