Stress and trauma take a toll on our bodies both mentally and physically. Therapy can help release that energy and process emotions. Some things I can help with are managing stress, healing from past trauma, identity exploration, and just navigating how to function and find joy in this crazy world. I tend to connect and work well with professionals with autism.
Our first session is to gather background information and life history. This will help me get to know you. We will also explore what you would like to work on in therapy and changes you would like to make. What do you feel is missing or lacking in your life?
