About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my masters with an emphasis in cognitive behavioral therapy from the University of San Francisco. I have been practicing therapy for 7 years. I help individuals, families, adolescence, teens, and adults looking to work toward goals or explore issues in order to create goals to take outside of the therapy session.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

A first session will include a formal introduction and review of services. We will then review the reason for requesting services. I provide a formal assessment that naturally flows with therapy session. This will help me to learn about you as an individual, while validating the identified issue.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work well at building a comfortable therapeutic approach and demeanor. I am personable and create a welcoming inclusive therapeutic environment without judgment and an open mind. I can cater the therapeutic approach based on the identified issue and provide cognitive behavioral therapy and client centered approaches.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individual adults, adolescents, teens and families experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck and motivated to make changes. They are open to exploring therapeutic options that may include cognitive behavioral therapy, or client centered approaches. Clients may be looking for coping skills, exploring existential dilemmas.
