What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will determine if I will be a good fit for your therapeutic journey. I believe it is very important to connect with your therapist. I will ask some background questions, gather information and create a plan for us moving forward in therapy. We will also determine how often you would like to meet.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a down to earth therapist and have worked with individuals who were once reluctant to start therapy become open and glad they gave it a try.
