Hi I'm a dual board certified as a family nurse practitioner as well as psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have been a medical provider for over two decades. Have a total of During this time, I also managed general mental health disorder including but not limited to treating major depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders and schizophrenia in both inpatient and outpatient setting.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introduction and proceed with assessment by obtaining detailed history and then formulate a treatment plan/goal for follow up encounters.
Having worked with medical and patients dealing with mental health challenges, I have developed a strategy that is workable in helping patients identify true cause of their problem and using evidenced based modalities to treat.
I love working with teenagers, young adult, middle age and older folks who may be struggling with life stressors and how to better navigate and improve their currents situation.
