My interest in mental health started at home, within myself and immediate family. From these experiences, I became passionate about the overall mental wellbeing of everyone around me, and I pursued mental and behavioral health education and training in Baltimore. I have worked in the field for over nine years, use a blend of western and eastern treatment methods, and use personal and professional experience to help others reach their highest potential.

During our first session, I like to get an idea of what a person is looking for in a therapist, their previous experiences with managing their mental health personally and professionally, and what they want to see happen differently in their lives. With that, we can build a partnership in helping a person achieve these goals and promote overall well-being
