I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and depression. I believe in treating the whole person rather than symptoms. Our work together would focus on several aspects like processing your pain, helping you reclaim your sense of self and build healthier, and grounded connections. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, gentle and tailored to exactly what you need.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Reaching out for support takes incredible courage, and you deserve a space where you can safely process your experiences without judgment. In the first session, the goal is knowing about you. We are going to identify what your needs are from having structured tool and practical coping skills you can use immediately or a slow, compassionate pace to progress deep-rooted trauma. We will figure out what pace and style work best for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Healing doesn't meant erasing your history; it means learning how to move through the hard stuff so you can breathe easier and thrive. If you are looking for someone to walk alongside you as you navigate your way through, I am here. I strive to create an environment that feels welcoming and empowering, keeping the focus entirely on my client's personal healing journeys. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. We will work together to quiet your overactive nervous system, and build practical tools for immediate relief.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression that are rooted in unhealed past trauma or attachment wounds, and whose symptoms impact their relational or family dynamics. They could be struggling with single-incident trauma, developmental trauma, or major life transitions that trigger relationship conflicts. Clients motivated to reframe trauma-related negative thoughts that fuel their depression, and process traumatic experiences safely and restore a sense of emotional regulation and stability.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

This treatment approach focuses on physical, psychological and emotional safety, building trust and avoiding re-traumatizing the client. it helps clients to process what happened to them and what their strengths are.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This therapy modality helps clients understand the impact of negative thoughts on feelings and behaviors. During the therapy process and home exercises the client will practice challenging negative thoughts using strategies like the "catch it, check it and change it" framework to manage future triggers and maintain well-being.
