Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing social work for over 20 years and have 5 years of experience in outpatient mental health treatment, working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I'm passionate about helping my clients recognize their lives have purpose and they are so much more than the challenges they face.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We'll kick off our first session with a brief introduction, then take some time to discuss the challenges you're currently facing. From there, we will put together a plan tailored to your needs for us to build on in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in an eclectic approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused brief therapy to best meet the needs of my clients. Understanding that no single method works for everyone, I ground my work in a person-centered approach. This foundation allows me to tailor individualized plans for each client, providing holistic, collaborative and creative care that addresses their unique needs.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I can help with a range of difficulties including everyday stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, ADHD, anger issues, social concerns and other trauma related issues.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I am an eclectic therapist who draws from a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. My experience spans outpatient settings and public schools, allowing me to work with children, adults and families across diverse backgrounds. This blend of environments has shaped a flexible and compassionate approach, grounded in the belief that effective therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but a dynamic process of collaboration and growth.
