Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing social work for over 20 years and have 5 years of experience in outpatient mental health treatment, working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. I'm passionate about helping my clients recognize their lives have purpose and they are so much more than the challenges they face.
We'll kick off our first session with a brief introduction, then take some time to discuss the challenges you're currently facing. From there, we will put together a plan tailored to your needs for us to build on in future sessions.
I specialize in an eclectic approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-focused brief therapy to best meet the needs of my clients. Understanding that no single method works for everyone, I ground my work in a person-centered approach. This foundation allows me to tailor individualized plans for each client, providing holistic, collaborative and creative care that addresses their unique needs.

My first appointment ever seeing a therapist was with Liz and she was fantastic. She listened to what I am struggling with and really helped me to see why I may be feeling certain types of ways. I greatly look forward to our next meeting and getting the help that I need.
