In our first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and collaborative process aimed at understanding their unique needs, concerns, and goals. The session typically begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to establish a comfortable and trusting environment. We will gather some information, Clients can expect questions about their medical and mental health history, current symptoms, and any relevant psychosocial factors. I may inquire about family history, past treatments, medication history, and lifestyle factors that could impact mental health. Clients will have the opportunity to discuss their current mental health concerns, challenges, and any specific symptoms they may be experiencing and then Collaboratively, we will begin the treatment planning.

Some of my biggest strengths are strong communication skills, compassion and empathy. I believe these will allow us to create a strong therapeutic alliance.
