In our first session, we will start with a brief introduction, and then discuss your mental health concerns. This self-awareness will help you to communicate and share your thoughts effectively in your therapeutic journey. I approach health from a holistic perspective. The most important aspect of care is listening to the patient’s unique story. My goal is to create an environment built on safety and trust. I love helping others feel better to reach their full potential Clients can expect a supportive and empowering environment where their voice is heard. Together, we develop a personalized goal for better mental well-being, focusing on symptom management, coping skills, and improving quality of life. I offer a range of skills that will diagnose conditions and determine if medication therapy is necessary.
As working with a wide range of clients, I learned to be compassionate and empathetic. I am gentle with clients in their most fragile times and I push when it is needed to grow. The diverse experiences have given me a broad perspective on client care. I can bring a genuine, warm, and unique approach to each client
