The first session is for us to get to know one another, complete the intake and for you to ask me any questions that you would like to know before you decide if you want to continue working with one another.

This my second session and it was very nice. I felt comfortable opening up to her and talking about my feelings.

the session was very calm, it’s my first session in a while but we talked about pretty much everything. i pulled out most of my trauma that i didn’t even know i remembered or maybe what might be the reason im the way i am today. over all i like her, im looking forward to meeting again.

I really enjoyed this session; she was amazingly sweet and understanding whci calmed down my anxiety alot.
