From the very first session, you will feel heard and understood. We will work together to get to the root of the problems and put measures in place that will start addressing these issues.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

The type of treatment methods I utilize includes the evidence-based approach, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT); person-centered and motivational interviewing approaches among others. I understand the importance of medication adherence and the need to explore circumstances hindering this desired goal which is why I make it a primary focus during routine follow-up sessions. I enjoy giving clients the individualized attention they deserve and treat everyone with respect and dignity. I understand the unique needs of each client and I tailor a treatment plan specific to these needs. I strive to include alternative and complementary treatments, such as nutritional supplementation, diet, and exercise recommendations to each treatment regimen and take a holistic approach to wellness.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths include working with vulnerable populations, those with severe and persistent mental illness, psychotic disorders, dually diagnosed patients, individuals struggling with substance abuse and individuals affected by traumatic experiences.
