Hi, I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey but also licensed in Maine and New Hampshire. Additionally, I am a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC). I received my MSW from Widener University and have been practicing since 2018. I like to take an eclectic approach to therapy as each person is unique and has different needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will get to know one another and discuss the current challenges you may be facing. From there we can talk about best ways to approach these challenges as we move forward in therapy and set future goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My counseling experience includes mental health as well as addiction treatment, in both the inpatient and outpatient/telehealth settings. I specialize in working with those who are experiencing interpersonal conflicts, trauma responses, depression, anxiety, and life changes. I work towards helping my clients process adverse life experiences and identify unhealthy core beliefs that affect their current daily lives.
