I connect well with both young and mature adults by providing a safe and calming professional but comfortable environment during each session. I am empathetic but challenge my clients to think outside the box, challenge the beliefs that feed their worries and prevent them from being their best selves while motivating them to do something different to in order to feel better.
I primarily work with clients that have difficulty managing anxiety, depression, and individuals that need support with maternal mental health.
