Greetings, I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Maryland. I received my Masters from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and have been practicing for 18 years.

First session
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then we will move through a structured interview covering biographical information and your past mental health history. We will review your current challenges, issues, and ultimately set goals for therapy.

Ideal clients
I work with individuals who have lost sight of goals due to feelings of anxiety and depression. They may be lost as to where to turn or what move to make next. They may need help feeling heard or accepted where they are currently at, or they may require help getting to where they would ultimately like to end up in their lives.
