I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a focus in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. As a therapist I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on mind-body connection, building self-esteem, building healthy expressions, and overall growth of mental health. I completed my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision on 2023 and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016. I enjoy working in the outpatient counseling setting. I am an adjunct professor with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session we will take the time to build awareness to your goals. The intake session will have a variety of questions to identify present experiences, symptoms, and areas of focus for treatment.
