Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, but also licensed in Oregon. I received my masters from California State University Bakersfield and have been licensed for more than five years. I have experience with kids, teens, and adults. I have worked in a Group Home, in Homeless Services, and in Forensics, so I have a varied experience. I am currently working on my AASECT sex therapist certification that will be completed by the end of 2025.
In your first appointment, we will have basic introductions if we have not done that previously. We will review your history and explore what has brought you to therapy. We will set some basic goals to get started.
I am very easy going and easy to talk to. I am very empathetic, but also direct and straight forward.
I enjoy working with clients to help people be their best selves. I believe therapy is your time and I want to ensure you are getting what you need.

I use a lot of mindfulness and some somatic interventions in my practice. I also help clients learn to identify and challenge their intrusive thoughts.
