Hey there! My name is Hailey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working in community mental health for over 6 years now. I have worked with children, transitional age youth, and adults. Through my experience, I have been honored to walk alongside clients and watch how they use the therapeutic relationship and skills developed in sessions to meet their personal goals and develop a stronger sense of self and confidence to navigate life's challenges. I wholeheartedly believe that my purpose in this work is to come along side and serve others in patience, selflessness, kindness, compassion, and humility. During our first session we will spend time exploring your experience in therapy, and if this is your first time in therapy, what you want to accomplish in therapy. We will develop short- and long-term goals for future sessions.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy by combining various therapeutic modalities to meet your individual needs and goals. I am skilled in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy.
I have supported individuals experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, psychosis, and self-harm.
