I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Trauma Therapist with specialized training in Somatic therapy and EMDR. I have five years of experience in both community-based and outpatient environments, where I support clients through an experiential, integrative, life-based and mind-body process. I believe that healing isn't simply about experiencing symptom relief, but becoming the most authentic version of yourself. I often quote: "The destination is in the journey."
In our first session, you’ll find a space that’s calm, judgment-free, and centered on you. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to change. You can expect questions that about building trust, understanding your story, and helping you feel safe enough to start exploring what healing might look like for you. We’ll set some first steps together, but there’s no pressure.
I blend trauma-focused and somatic therapies to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their emotions, and rebuild self-trust. My approach is collaborative and compassionate.
I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected find calm, increased safety, and confidence within themselves again. My clients are often high-achieving, empathetic people who take care of everyone else but struggle to care for themselves. I work with individuals that may struggle with relational challenges, executive functioning, or navigating life transitions. Many have experienced anxiety, depression,burnout, or trauma that lives in both the body and mind. Together, we focus on healing at a deeper level, not just managing symptoms, but truly restoring balance.
