Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I received my Masters degree from St. John's University in NYC and have been practicing for 3 years. I help clients actively seeking change and are motivated to do the work required. These clients are willing to explore their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a reflective and honest way. They don’t resist the process of identifying cognitive distortions or unhealthy patterns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session of therapy is an opportunity for clients to understand the therapeutic process, clarify their goals, and begin developing a relationship with me. I will create a safe and non judge-mental environment for you to feel comfortable with discussing sensitive topics. I will often encourage the you to express any concerns or doubts they have about the therapy process or their relationship with me. The first session is a time for both the client and the therapist to assess whether they feel comfortable working together. If the fit doesn’t feel right, the client may consider looking for another therapist.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

The ability to deeply understand and connect with a client's feelings and experiences without judgment. This creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults who have a clear understanding of what they want to achieve from therapy. Whether it's reducing anxiety, managing depression, improving relationships, or gaining better coping skills, they can articulate their goals and are focused on reaching them.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As your therapist I will strive to educate you about CBT, explaining how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. I will explain concepts like the cognitive triangle (thoughts → feelings → behaviors), helping the client understand how negative or distorted thoughts contribute to emotional distress.
