Greetings! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)) based in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Social Work from Temple University and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety and depression the best versions of themselves. I have years of experience working with individuals and families with an Autistic family member and those with disabilities.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use the CBT treatment method to challenge destructive thought patterns. .Together, we will look at how to identify and change these thoughts that have a negative influence on behaviors and emotions. Using CBT, negative thoughts are identified and subsequently replace with more realistic, productive thoughts.
