I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting children and families through life’s challenges. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting stress, or overwhelm, you don’t have to go through it alone. I create a warm, supportive space where kids and teens can express themselves, process emotions, and build confidence. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship difficulties. My approach is rooted in play therapy, attachment theory, and whole-body sensorimotor practices to support emotional healing and resilience. I am especially passionate about helping young clients process big emotions, strengthen their sense of self, and build meaningful connections in a way that feels safe, creative, and developmentally appropriate.
In the first session, clients can expect a warm, compassionate space where they’re truly seen and heard. It’s a time to share what’s been on their mind and what brought them to therapy, with no pressure or expectations. We’ll take time to connect and explore what feels most important, whether it’s challenges they’re facing, emotions they’re navigating, or goals they’re hoping to achieve. My priority is to create a trusting, open environment where they feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll begin to map out how we can move forward at a pace that feels comfortable, with care and compassion guiding the way.

Gestalt therapy guides my work with families by focusing on the whole child - their emotions, body, and experiences in the present moment. Through play and creative expression, I help children process feelings, build self-awareness, and strengthen their connection with caregivers. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where both you and your child feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow together.
