I’ll guide you through an assessment that helps us understand your patterns, strengths, and stress points, and together we’ll create a clear blueprint for your next steps. By the end of that first meeting, you’ll walk away with a sense of direction, a plan we’ve built collaboratively, and a grounded understanding of how we’ll move forward in therapy.
