I am doctorally prepared through the University of Colorado. I am a board certified psychiatric mental nurse practitioner. Before becoming a nurse practitioner I was an Emergency Room nurse and an Inpatient Psychiatric nurse for 10 years. I am an avid traveler, I love being in the water and in nature and spending time with my family.

First session
A get to know each other with emphasis on designing a you-centered treatment plan to help you meet your goals.
