I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and my approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and respect for each client’s unique experience. I aim to create a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I use an integrative approach, blending CBT, ACT, CPT, and Exposure Therapy. These evidence-based methods help address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, fostering resilience and personal growth.
My goal is to help you build a stronger sense of self, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and achieve meaningful change. I view therapy as a partnership, where together, we will work toward your healing and personal growth.
I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I encourage clients to incorporate mindfulness, self-care, and healthy coping strategies into their lives. Whether facing emotional distress, life transitions, chronic pain, or challenges unique to first responders, I am committed to supporting your healing and growth.
My ideal client is someone who is open to exploring their thoughts and emotions, motivated to make meaningful changes, and willing to actively engage in the therapeutic process-even when it feels uncomfortable.
I use CPT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs related to trauma. Through structured sessions, we work together to reframe these thoughts and reduce distress, with the goal of improving daily functioning and emotional well-being.
