My name is Robert and I help people have better relationships, whether if its with themselves, their peers, socially, their family, their spouses or even their kids, I give people the tools and communicate better and alleviate the tension for bad communication. Everyone is different in what they may need to work or focus on in their life, but reaching out for help and knowing that their life can be better, the people in their lives can benefit from them being better, is the first step moving forward.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

It's not easy to just open up to a stranger and talk about things that sometimes their spouse or best friend doesn't even know. Especially if it's online. The first session I go over whats called informed consent and talk a little about therapy, how I work, and I ask what are YOUR goals. What do YOU want out of therapy. Then it's working on a strong foundation of a therapeutic relationship where trust is developed so we can start addressing the issues.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provided is that I am committed to the clients I take on.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

The clients I am best positioned to serve are those that know there is either a problem, or know that things can be better in their lives. To be the best version of themselves and open to putting in the work to get there.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a basis for most treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is my foundation. It is used to help change the way one thinks, and change the way one (re)Acts.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling is one of the areas I concentrate on. Self, couples, and parenting.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Part of EFT is used primarily for self and couples to breaks cycels and bad habits and learn better communication skills.

Family Therapy

If one person suffers, the whole family suffers. This takes a look at the presenting problems and tackles them as a united front for the family to function better.
