Greetings :) I’m Angelica, I use she/her pronouns and received my formal education at Temple University and Widener University. As a therapist, I use my love for culture, human development and sexuality in my work. I’m your copilot so if your goal is to work through impostor syndrome, unpack trauma, explore sexual and or gender identity, set healthy boundaries or just navigate life, I’m open and willing to go on the journey with you!
In our first session, we’ll take time to discuss your concerns, goals, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your unique needs, setting the foundation for your healing journey.
My greatest strength is creating a warm, safe space where clients feel heard and supported, no matter what they’re going through. I work with you to unlock your inner strength and make lasting, positive changes.
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to heal from trauma, manage life transitions, or work through challenges that feel overwhelming. My approach is rooted in compassion, helping clients work through anxiety, grief, and self-doubt while creating a path forward toward peace and personal growth. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to help you live with more confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Integrative
I incorporate an integrative therapeutic approach which means I incorporate different therapeutic tools and strategies to fit the need of the client I am working with. Some theories I incorporate include acceptance & commitment therapy, CBT, feminist theory and a strengths based approach.
