I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist with a variety of mental health experience. I have worked as an outpatient therapist for 15 years and in the mental health field for 30 years. I work with clients from a strengths based approach to improve self care and self growth. To lessen effects of depression and anxiety. To build from a person centered approach to improve healthy coping and healthy functioning.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is to focus on why you are seeking help and how i can best help. We will talk through some of your experiences that lead you to counseling and determine what you feel you try ready to begin working on or working through.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths is my ability to listen without judgement, meet people where they are at and build a plan and foundation to work on.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
The clients I am best positioned to serve are those willing to work on becoming a more healthy version of themselves. Those who are willing to explore themselves on a more deeper level and work towards where they would like to be.
Motivational Interviewing
The focus of treatment is to define goals where YOU want to make improvements in your life. To focus on healthy strategies to incorporate into your daily living. To remove negative experiences and build on healthy coping skills and self care.

Leslie Turner provides a warm, positive, and truly safe space where I never feel judged. She guides with compassion, insight, and an open mind, and her support is consistently empowering. I deeply appreciate her professionalism and her genuinely caring presence. I also love virtual therapy with her—it’s more comfortable and natural for me, without the stiffness or pressure of walking into an office.
