Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been working with adults since 2010. I served as a military psychologist for a decade and specialize in Veterans mental health. I also have a significant amount of experience working with non-military clients. My goals for you in therapy are your goals. We will work together to ensure you are improving your quality of life! No problem is too small; your goals are my goals!
During your first session you can expect to collaborate with me to identify and create your person-specific goals for treatment. Additionally, we will spend time doing a brief introduction.
Over the past decade of working with a wide variety of clients I have honed a special skillset that allows me to help individuals meet their treatment goals and improve their overall wellness.
I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to improve their quality of life and grow! Whether its a major life stressor, things building up or something else; I am happy to help you reach your therapy goals!
By using CBT techniques we can work together to address any concerns you may have and then implement skills for you to grow through therapy.
CBT-I is a non-medication intervention aimed at getting you sleeping better and ultimately improving your overall wellness.

I’m very grateful to have Dr. Guerrero as my psychiatrist. She is compassionate, professional, and truly listens without judgment. Her support has made a meaningful difference in my mental health journey. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine care - highly recommend.

When I first looked at options, I knew I wanted someone with military experience/ background. I also knew I wanted someone direct, but also who maintained a humorous side. Dr Guerrero is definitely that. More, I quickly realized that she had whatever the quality is that can put someone unsure of what lay ahead at ease. Not through platitudes, but because she understood what needed to be done. In the first session. Skilled practitioners are good. Professionals better. She seems both.

She has nothing short, phenomenal cares about her patience, and being a fellow veteran she definitely takes more interest and care to make sure that I got help that I needed
