Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been working with adults since 2010. I served as a military psychologist for a decade and specialize in Veterans mental health. I also have a significant amount of experience working with non-military clients. My goals for you in therapy are your goals. We will work together to ensure you are improving your quality of life! No problem is too small; your goals are my goals! *** Please note, my hours are 12pm-6pm EST. ***
During your first session you can expect to collaborate with me to identify and create your person-specific goals for treatment. Additionally, we will spend time doing a brief introduction.
Over the past decade of working with a wide variety of clients I have honed a special skillset that allows me to help individuals meet their treatment goals and improve their overall wellness.
I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to improve their quality of life and grow! Whether its a major life stressor, things building up or something else; I am happy to help you reach your therapy goals!
