(she/her)
You don’t have to keep pretending everything’s fine when it’s not. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families ready to break free from stress, disconnection, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in old patterns, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and those around you. Together, we’ll create a space where healing and growth feel possible, and where real, lasting change can begin.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and the reasons you’ve sought therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your needs and create a plan tailored to you. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit for working together.
What makes my approach unique is the blend of deep empathy and practical strategy I bring to each session. I’m not just here to listen. I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, purpose, and support. My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy etc. but always tailored to the unique person or relationship in front of me. I believe that therapy should feel like a partnership where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life. Clients often tell me they feel a sense of relief after our first session, not because everything is “fixed,” but because they no longer feel alone in it. They feel met with kindness, insight, and a clear path forward.
You might be feeling stuck or overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by past experiences, or struggling to feel truly connected in your relationships. Maybe you’re the one who looks like they “have it all together” on the outside, but inside, you’re constantly overthinking, emotionally exhausted, or quietly doubting yourself. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either. I work best with clients who are ready to explore what’s beneath the surface, who are open to being gently challenged, and who want support that’s both compassionate and practical. Whether you’re navigating individual challenges, relationship tension, or family dynamics, we’ll work together to unpack patterns, build self-awareness, and move toward lasting change. When you’re ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself, I’m here to help. Let’s take that first step together.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I tailor sessions to fit your individual needs by drawing from multiple therapeutic methods, including CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. This flexibility allows me to meet you where you are and provide the most effective support. My goal is to create a personalized path to healing that honors your unique experiences and preferences.
CBT is one of the core approaches I use in my practice to help clients recognize the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Over the years, I’ve used CBT to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. In our sessions, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and learn practical strategies to reframe those thoughts. My goal is to help you build insight and develop tools that you can use beyond the therapy room to create lasting change and emotional balance.
Mindfulness is a powerful tool I incorporate to help clients slow down, tune into the present moment, and respond to life with greater clarity and calm. I often use mindfulness-based practices alongside other approaches to support clients dealing with stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. We’ll work on cultivating awareness, grounding techniques, and breathing exercises to help you regulate emotions and stay connected to your inner self. This approach is especially helpful for building resilience and learning to live with greater intention and self-compassion.
I specialize in working with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, recovering from betrayal, or simply looking to strengthen your relationship, we’ll work together to create a space where both partners feel heard and respected. I use tools from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and systems theory to help couples foster healthier patterns and reconnect in meaningful ways.
I use play therapy when working with children to help them express emotions, process experiences, and build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way. Through the use of toys, art, games, and storytelling, children are able to communicate what they may not yet have the words for. Play becomes their language, and through it, we explore their inner world in a safe and supportive space. I also collaborate closely with parents to ensure the child’s growth is supported both in and outside of the therapy room.
