I have been working in the field of mental health for 14 years. I have experience working with a diverse range of people and mental health disorders. My professional background includes experience in the inpatient, outpatient, and intake hospital setting; non-profit agency setting; and, most recently, private practice. This experience allowed me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families utilizing a variety of unique interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, eye movement desensitization (EMDR), and sand tray. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but I often take a client centered approach when building a trusting relationship with clients. Research shows that people who experience chronic mental health concerns have untreated trauma, which can occur from a variety of different experiences. Of course, trauma does not account for all mental health concerns, so it is important to be able to meet client's where they are at and provide interventions that are helpful to the individual needs of each client.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan. Over the past four years, my work has focused more on geriatric mental health and life transitions. I also work alongside treating adults of all ages with problems like anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), bipolar disorders and other mental health conditions. My earlier community‑based experience ranged from children to older adults and provided a great deal of experience in working with people with a wide range of mental health and chronic conditions. I help individuals manage chronic mental health conditions, and also assist clients who are having difficulty managing or resolving problems of everyday life. We will work together on resolving these challenges to help you heal, feel more comfortable with yourself, and work towards a happier and more meaningful life.
I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. This may include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, self-identity, career transitions, chronic or medical conditions, and other significant life experiences.

My name is Megan, not “therapist Megan,” just Megan. I am an authentic individual who genuinely strives to meet people where they are and support them on their life journey. In sessions, I approach each person with empathy, compassion, and a solution-focused mindset, providing psychoeducation and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship, built on a foundation of trust and non-judgment.
I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have 10+ years of experience working with children and adults providing individual and family counseling, including extensive experience providing trauma-informed care with immigrant families and youth involved with the foster care and juvenile justice systems. I will strive to instill hope by empowering clients to discover and build on their own strengths. I believe therapy can help individuals navigate through difficulties so it doesn't feel like we are doing it alone. Come with me to the journey of introspection and we will find healing in the end.
Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :)
I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations.
Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Master's from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas. I have been practicing for less than 5 years. I am a practical, and down-to-earth individual. As a clinician, I help families, young adults, couples, and individuals by providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach to therapy is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I have experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals, foster care, and public schools, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs individuals and families face.
I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) and first-generation therapist, born and raised in South Texas. My background has shaped my commitment to providing culturally responsive, compassionate care and helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
I currently serve as a full-time school social worker, where I provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support to students while helping them navigate academic, social, and family-related challenges. I am especially passionate about working with teenagers and young adults as they build confidence, strengthen relationships, manage stress, and navigate the many transitions of adolescence and adulthood.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change that extends beyond the counseling space.
With over 25 years of experience as a counselor, mentor, and coach, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients from all walks of life. From supporting traumatized child soldiers in Liberia to helping newlyweds in the United States rebuild connection, each person I’ve worked with has shaped me into the clinician I am today.
I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and family conflict. My deepest passion is helping people step into the fullest, healthiest version of themselves. There is nothing more meaningful to me than watching someone release long held wounds, rewrite old narratives, and reclaim the life they were meant to live.
My therapeutic style blends the warmth and unconditional positive regard of Client Centered Therapy with the practical, results oriented tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe therapy should create real change, not just conversation. You can expect a collaborative, active process — one where you’re supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. I often provide homework between session assignments so you can continue making progress outside the therapy room. No one wants to stay stuck longer than they have to.
I’m proud of you for taking this step toward a better life. Change can feel intimidating, but it can also be exciting, empowering, and deeply rewarding.
I look forward to walking this journey with you.

Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.

Hello, my name is April. As a therapist, I enjoy the opportunity of walking with others on their journey and through the uniqueness of their experiences. I look forward to seeing clients confront patterns, challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, learn new coping skills, and build healthy internal and external relationships. Therapy is more than a place where you talk about problems. It is a place to confront, tear down, transform, overcome, grow, transform, heal, and see life from a different perspective.
I believe that compassion and self-love are powerful tools that allow us to overcome life’s challenges and mental health struggles. By fostering a nonjudgmental and understanding environment, we can acknowledge that perfection is not the goal—growth is. Each person is unique, processing experiences in their own way and at their own pace. Through patience, collaboration, and consistency, we can achieve meaningful goals and build resilience together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help others just as I was once helped. My personal journey—marked by life experiences, challenges, and both right and wrong choices—has guided me toward the most rewarding profession: supporting others in their healing.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to help you discover your strength, resilience, and potential for growth.

The human experience is not something that always works based on logic. Our brains are wonderful tools that can occasionally get stuck in a survival mode that leaves us feeling helpless and terrified. We can become stuck logical loops, anxious cycles, helpless before the fear of the unknown, or in a dark depression that stops us from continuing our previous goals and fun hobbies. Our past can be a reason for this. Sometimes it might be recent events at just the wrong time. It can even be a combination of small things that seemed to always shift never going away.
My philosophy of treatment is to teach my clients how mind and body work so that they can make their choice in how they choose to live and interact with others. I am trained in EMDR, hypnosis, and IFS and apply all in working with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and for pain management from physical illness.
A person's mind is like a garden, cultivated or left to it's own devices it will always grow. When carefully tended it is a thing of beauty, but if left alone it is a mess of weeds. In understanding the thoughts and beliefs you have about the world and how you can shape them, you can learn to thrive. With a new perspective you can change everything.

Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is personalized, drawing from therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical strategies to achieve their personal goals. My aim is to empower you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life, with tools that fit your unique needs and values.
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience in counseling and two decades of work with families. I work to create a supportive and welcoming environment where clients can unburden themselves and take actionable steps toward healing. My goal is to guide individuals toward wholeness—physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and relationally.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and camping, playing guitar, and serving in the community. My dream is to one day have my own woodworking shop. I value a balanced approach to life and encourage clients to embrace holistic wellness.
