Hello and thanks for viewing my profile! My name is Porshure Richardson and I'm a licensed therapist and have been a Social Worker since 2003. Over the years, I've had the honor of supporting individuals through life's most challenging and transformative moments, and I remain deeply committed to this work.
I work with women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or disconnected from their sense of self. Many of the women I support struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while neglecting their own, and navigating challenges related to relationships, intimacy, and sexual health.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and understand the patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your sense of self, improve communication and boundaries, and develop coping strategies that support long-term emotional well-being—not just short-term relief.
If you’re looking for support that goes beyond symptom management and helps you create meaningful, lasting change, you don’t have to do that work alone.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual therapy using an eclectic framework. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially when first seeking services. This process places you front and center in your own journey to healing and I am privileged to be able to walk alongside you as you take that step. I use various tools to assist you in reaching goals and help identify what works for you.
You've taken the first step! I'm Necole a licensed clinician counselor in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, and Utah. I've always desired to understand feelings, behavior and the human mind; always been driven toward solving the questions that start with why. My passion for therapy began after realizing I was helping many clients with the similar concerns related to identity confusion, limited self-awareness, and low self-confidence.
Life is pretty complex and sometimes presents us with challenges that require support and therapeutic interventions to achieve balance and overall wellness. Congratulations to you for your courage, and on your decision to seek empowerment and enhance your current emotional well-being.
If you are in need of more support for your journey don't hesitate to reach out. Even if we aren't the right fit let me send you in the right direction.

I earned my doctorate in social work at Walden University. I have worked in various settings including foster care, jails, and schools. My counseling style is laid-back and conversational. These areas of focus allow me to support women across the full spectrum of emotional, hormonal, and life transitions. I look forward to walking alongside you as we navigate this journey together.
Hello. I’m Jamie and I’ve been a practicing therapist for many years. You may be recovering from addiction, childhood trauma, toxic relationships, or perhaps, all of these things! I know most people don't go through life untouched by trauma, anxiety, unhealthy habits or some kind of issue that deeply affects them. I also know life's problems do not come with troubleshooting instructions but I belive I know how to help people begin to effectively address them. Whether they were caused by genetic predisposition, environmental stress or undeterminable origins, my beliefs are: We can have a life worth living regardless of how it started. Maybe you love your partner but rarely feel interested in sex. Maybe your desire has changed after motherhood, stress, medication changes, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply over time. You might find yourself thinking, “I want to want sex—but I just don’t.”
I specialize in working with women experiencing low sexual desire, desire differences in relationships, intimacy concerns, sexual shame, and feeling disconnected from their bodies or sexual selves.
Sex therapy with me is not about pressuring you to have more sex or meeting someone else’s expectations. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, psychological, biological, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your desire. We may work on understanding your unique desire patterns, reducing pressure around intimacy, strengthening boundaries and communication, reconnecting with your body, and discovering what intimacy and pleasure actually mean to you.
My goal is to provide a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about sex, relationships, desire, and intimacy without embarrassment or shame—and develop a sexual life that feels authentic to you.
I am passionate about supporting people in living empowered lives. I am here to facilitate a collaborative process of inner work and inner awareness. I am well-versed in the therapeutic process and have been a Social Worker for over 15 years. I am a great listener and have the ability to attune to the needs of a person as they express and emote. My greatest offering is my presence, and my ability to provide non-judgmental support, feedback, and aid individuals in articulating their vision and taking steps in their desired direction.
I see every individual as having incredible strengths, gifts, and resources, and I endeavor, in my personal and professional life, to see individuals as more than their circumstances and challenges. You are powerful and capable of any measure of growth you desire or strength you seek.
