You shouldn't have to navigate life's complexities on your own. As a husband and father of five, I deeply understand the heavy balancing act of family, relationships, and daily demands. Asking for help is never easy.
Maybe you don’t know if you can ask for help because how can you reach out to someone who might balk when you tell them you’re questioning your faith or just on a nontraditional spiritual path?
What if your job is not a “typical” job and your baseline stress levels could curl toes, forget anyone understanding when you are at your breaking point?
This is where I come in.

I am a kind and supportive therapist. I provide a space for you to process your experience, pain and trauma so that you can move forward freely. Many of us carry unresolved concerns and issues; many of us have unresolved trauma. This weight keeps us back from being who we wish to be. I can remain present even during very difficult conversations.
Are you worried about your child or family? Maybe you’ve been carrying stress, anxiety, grief, conflict for so long that you barely recognize yourself anymore. You may have spent years trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly struggling on your own. If so, you are not alone.
I offer a warm and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through without fear of judgment. With nearly 70 years of experience, I understand how deeply emotional pain, relationship struggles, family stress, loss, and life transitions can affect people.
I have extensive experience working with young people facing challenges such as self-harming behaviors, trauma, addictions, and family conflict.
I have worked successfully with adults navigating substance use concerns, chronic pain and other health difficulties, caregiver burnout, grief, various forms of loss, and major life transitions. I also support individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and long-standing patterns that keep them disconnected from themselves and others.
In addition, I work with couples facing communication difficulties, separation, infidelity, divorce and other challenges, as well as families dealing with parenting stress, illness, addictions, cultural adaptation, and significant life changes. I am able to support families with young children who are experiencing developmental difficulties, health challenges, or acting-out behaviors and I provide pre-marital counseling for couples who are about to tie the knot. Throughout our work together, I strive to help clients build greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a greater sense of balance, connection, and emotional well-being.
Clients describe me as warm, accepting, validating, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a safe and caring space where you feel supported, understood, and less alone as we work together toward healing, and meaningful change.

Rather it is a collaborative conversation based on unconditional positive regard, in which counselor and client journey together towards the client’s realization of meaning and goals.

Hi! I am an independently licensed therapist based in Ohio. I received my Master's degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2002 with a concentration in adult mental health. Most of my career has been working with and advocating on behalf of families and/or adolescents. I have special training in Gambling Addiction, Financial Social Work, and Trauma and Loss, but I also have worked with clients dealing with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, and other difficulties due to life circumstances.
My name is Michael Starr, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy is more than just problem-solving, it’s a place to rediscover who you are, heal what’s been hidden, and move forward with clarity and strength. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm.
My style is honest, grounded, and deeply respectful of the human experience. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT, but I also hold space for what cannot always be explained, your story, your meaning, your growth.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we uncover the patterns keeping you there and build the insight, skills, and resilience to move through them. You won’t be rushed or judged. You’ll be heard, supported, and challenged when needed.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to start. Healing begins with one honest conversation, and I’m here to take that step with you.
I practice by a simple model: words are only soothing to the ear but my acts of tenderness and kindness act as a beacon to guide you through your turbulent times. I look forward to working with you!
My name is Amber. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Ohio. My role is to empower you on this journey of self-actualization. I bring authenticity, warmth, and a solution-oriented approach. We will be working side by side to identify your goals, values, and strengths. From there, we will process past experiences to help you move on to becoming your best self. I have been helping clients achieve their goals for the past several years. These clients range from the age of one-year-old to over fifty-years-old. About 60% of my clients are 12 and under. In working with younger children, I have had the most success using telehealth when parents are present to monitor, arrange a predictable environment, and assist with any technical issues. In working with younger children, the parents’ role is vital. I work as a team with parents and caregivers to build a healthy relationship and find the appropriate strengths-based parenting strategies for the child. Recommended parenting techniques are largely based on the Conscious Discipline model which encourages mindful parenting. With younger children, the parents’ cooperation is imperative to reach desired behavioral goals. I also draw from the approaches outlined in Working with Challenging Youth by Brent Richardson, Ed.D.
Hi, I’m Angy! I’m a licensed counselor and art therapist passionate about helping people who are ready to work on themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. I love walking alongside clients as they build self-esteem, practice self-love, and learn to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. In our work together, I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. When helpful, I incorporate creative art directives to help you process emotions and gain new insight, as well as practical strategies you can use outside of the session. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, grow, and thrive.
I’m a husband and dad to three boys (ages 16, 13 and 8), and family is a huge part of my life. We live on a 20-acre homestead where we raise chickens, goats, pigs, and cows, and we spend a lot of time in the garden. Life on the farm keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of patience, hard work, and slowing down to enjoy what really matters. Faith and community are also central for me. I’m actively involved in my church, and I see my work as an extension of that calling to walk alongside others.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak. Alongside my therapy work, I am starting a tech start-up, I’ve run an online store, and I even dabble in Bitcoin mining. I enjoy the challenge of building things from the ground up and thinking outside the box. I also read a lot, and my libertarian leanings have been shaped by writers like Murray Rothbard. The conservative/libertarian focus on freedom, personal responsibility and low time preference connects deeply with how I approach life and therapy: we’re at our best when we are free to live with responsibility in society, own our choices, and pursue truth apart from coercion.
When it comes to therapy itself, I integrate my faith with practical, proven methods. I use Christian Counseling, CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method to help people grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. My goal is to give you a space where your values are respected, your faith is honored, and you feel equipped to face life’s challenges with hope and clarity.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the importance of faith, family, freedom, and practical tools for change, I’d love to walk with you on your journey.

Hi there! I'm Tammy, a clinical counselor licensed in Ohio and Nevada with over 29 years of experience in the helping profession.
I'm driven by a deep passion for inspiring and providing a safe space for others to find themselves.
My mission is to empower individuals who are committed to helping themselves.
Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained Trauma-Focused CBT and CBT through the State of Ohio. She started her career as an MH Social Worker in 2002, working with dually diagnosed adults and children, which sparked her interest in the dually diagnosed population and family systems.
She has dedicated herself to her career in providing comprehensive holistic care for individuals and families. These early experiences shaped her passion for working in this industry for over 29 years.
Hi! I'm Andrea. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I am licensed in Ohio to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. I have been working with substance use disorders for over nine years and mental health for seven years. My passion is helping others identify their ideal life and the necessary steps to get there.
My clients have laughed, cried, practiced new things, and worked very, very hard. The only thing I ask, as a therapist, is to have hope and do the work. Each client is a functioning part of a larger whole that wants to stay the same. I see no sense in blaming a person for situations they did not create; it's what each person does that counts.
I’m a therapist who takes a real, down-to-earth approach to helping people feel more understood and less overwhelmed. My approach is neuro-affirming, focusing on moving past the 'invisible load' of motherhood and the shame often associated with executive dysfunction. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to help you regain control, build self-esteem, and find balance in your daily life. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and find a way forward that feels realistic, supportive, and actually doable for you.

Over the years, I’ve found that no single approach fits every person or situation. That’s why I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to the individual needs and goals of each client. My integrative style allows me to meet clients wherever they are in their journey, whether they’re seeking short-term support or longer-term work.
Above all, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they explore, heal, and grow. My goal is to foster a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes and create the lives they want for themselves and their loved ones.
Change can feel scary and stressful. Standing at a crossroads can feel uncertain and overwhelming. Sometimes our life circumstances change, other times we decide that what we are doing now, is no longer working for us. My focus is working with people who are experiencing anxiety, depressed mood, grief, loss, addictions, trauma, PTSD, and other adjustments and life transitions. This could involve changes in relationships, family, spirituality, health, career, education, or living situation. It could include death, healing wounds and inner children, identifying and enforcing boundaries, and identifying and changing limiting beliefs.
