I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who works with adults seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected without judgment. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen your confidence so you can feel more balanced, empowered, and connected in your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.
Yes, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 14 years of experience — but first, I’m a human who understands that life can feel overwhelming, confusing, and deeply challenging at times. Therapy isn’t just about talking to someone; it’s about working with someone who understands how complex and challenging life can be. I show up exactly where you are, a safe space free of judgement and profound understanding.
I work with adults facing anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and the quiet internal battles that don’t always show on the outside. Many of the people I see are capable and responsible, yet feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to move forward.
I’m deeply dedicated to meeting people exactly where they are — without judgment — while also helping them grow. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking; it’s about understanding yourself more clearly and learning tools you can begin using immediately. I blend practical strategies with deeper emotional work so that insight turns into real-life change.
My goal is to help you feel more steady, more self-aware, and more confident navigating your relationships and your life.
Hi my name is Mandisa Pittmon and I am a married mother of 3 teenage children who understands the joy and challenges of parenting and relationships. I am originally from Southern California but have happily resided in Sacramento, CA since 2012.
I graduated from California State Fullerton and soon began working with foster youth in group home facilities for 8 years while working in nonprofit community outpatient clinics, which allowed me to better understand the needs of families and children from various cultures and back grounds. I then earned a Masters degree (MA) in 2011 from National University, feeling the need to increase my knowledge and ability to serve individuals and families, which began my journey in marriage and family therapy. Later I was able to receive additional training in Applied Behavior Analysis, allowing me to work with children on the autism spectrum and with other disabilities, in various school districts.
I’m Carolyn McGee, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Mental Clarity Therapy. I help women, older adults, and individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, direct, and supportive, providing a space where clients feel heard, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach can be direct depending on exactly what you need.
I grew up in Las Vegas, NV in a big, blended family.
During my internship and following graduation, I worked at an inpatient treatment facility for teens dealing with high suicidality, self-harming behaviors, and psychosis. It was during this time that I began to recognize how much work can be done to prevent crises before they strike, rather than trying to figure it all out afterwards. Also, it isn't just big things like suicide that can be prevented-working to decrease stress, anxiety, increase fulfillment..these are worthwhile too.
If you feel nervous/weird/awkward/anxious about therapy, that’s normal.
All I can say is, you matter. You are an important part of the world. Let’s work together and see if maybe, just maybe, things could get a little better.
Hi there! I'm Tammy, a clinical counselor licensed in Ohio with over 30 years of experience in the helping profession. I'm driven by a deep passion for inspiring and providing a safe space for others.
My mission is to empower individuals who are committed to helping themselves.
Ms. Harmon-Rodriguez obtained Trauma-Focused CBT and Motivational training through the State of Ohio. She started her career as an MH Social Worker in 2002, working with dually diagnosed adults and children, which sparked her interest in the dually diagnosed population and family systems, with evidence-based and cognitive-based treatments.
She has dedicated herself to providing comprehensive care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This early experience ignited her passion for exploring the complexities of dual diagnosis, leading her to specialize in evidence-based, cognitive treatments tailored to individuals and their families.
Dear Prospective Client, My name is Lina Rappoport, LMFT. I have been licensed since 2013. Originally from Ukraine I came to the US more than 20 years ago. I love to work with adults. I love meeting people from all around the world and I connect well with different cultures. In me you will find compassionate, caring, and respectful individual. I will take time to listen and together we will create a plan of action to help you feel better. We all need support these days, so don't hesitate to reach out. I can't wait to meet you. Take care.
I’ve been a therapist for over 15 years. I received a bachelor’s in psychology focusing on child development and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I have worked for organizations that have specialized in juvenile sex trafficking, prisoner reentry, homelessness, foster care, Christian counseling, and career planning. Through my years of working in mental health and working with so many different populations, I’ve learned that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all method.
I primarily use Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Relational Therapy. However, I use techniques based on what each individual client needs at the moment.
I know what it’s like to overcome fear and adversity. Being married to a first responder for over 20 years has taught me what it is like to experience tension and uncertainty while trusting in his ability to stay safe.
As a parent, I know what it is like to go through life’s stages – from birth to empty nester. More importantly, life has taught me the importance of having someone you can trust in your corner. Let me be that person for you.

I bring over 25 years of experience in mental health ranging from addiction to trauma. I believe in a strength-based approach in providing clients support because everyone has skills, talents, and abilities to tap into to assist them in overcoming life’s challenges. I am a firm believer in a non-judgmental approach to therapy so you the client feel safe, accepted, and, empowered. I use a broad array of therapy techniques such as trauma-informed care, strength-based, systems, solution-focused or brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, grief therapy, and much more.
I am a huge proponent of empowerment and people taking control of their lives with healthy and safe boundaries. I especially enjoy working with men who have engaged in domestic violence with their partners and to help them take responsibility for their actions and the harm they have caused, and to help end the cycle of violence.
“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
