I specialize in supporting young adults and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My practice offers a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. From the moment you reach out, my priority is to ensure you feel accepted and cared for, with a focus on your overall well-being.

In my experience as a counselor, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals in various settings. I have worked with children and adults in the community, residential, hospital, and educational settings. In each environment I have witnessed the marvel of human potential firsthand. As a clinician I approach people and the work that I do from the belief that people have the innate ability to grow and heal on their own. My personal life experience and my practice have fostered this belief, recognizing that the process may require or be made more manageable with some assistance or a guide, in the form of counseling.
Through my experiences I have witnessed the benefits of the human components that aid in the healing process of psychological symptoms that create difficulty in moving toward fulfillment and full integration of the human experience in the lives of many. The therapeutic relationship, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard are components that for me represent the core of therapy. These components create an experience in which someone can safely explore themselves, their experiences, the world around them, and identify solutions to ailments and the "true self" that is often altered by the world around us.
My name is Liliana Gómez, and I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) and bicultural clinical social worker. At the heart of my profession lies a commitment to holistic health, where integrating mind, body, and spirit is paramount. If you are struggling to manage mental illness and/or physical chronic illnesses, I can help you navigate the feelings that arise and teach you practical skills. I believe healing is relational and that the relationship to ourselves is the most important relationship there is so if you are interested in enhancing your relationships feel free to reach out. My hope is that together we can develop a plan to make life a little less overwhelming and more enjoyable.
I provide individual therapy emphasizing strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma informed approaches for diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I generally practice from a relational lens and integrate evidenced based practices such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and internal family systems (IFS). I also like to incorporate community resources and collaborate with natural supports.

I pride myself in providing a calming and serene environment. Clients and friends tell me I have "a therapist voice". I love to see my clients grow and become the person/people they want to be.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), my mission is to guide individuals on a journey back to their innate wisdom, compassion, peace, and confidence. I often think of the story of Michelangelo, who described sculpting as the act of chipping away marble to reveal the beauty already within. This metaphor beautifully captures the counseling process: together, we identify and remove the barriers obscuring your true SELF, allowing your inner brilliance to shine through.
My approach is rooted in deep compassion for the human experience. I bring to our work a blend of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices, enriched by certifications in Mind-Body Bridging, Cognitively-Based Compassion Training, and Cultivating Emotional Balance. I draw from powerful therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Compassionate Inquiry, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting new and expecting mothers. As a parent who has supported my son through anxiety, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to create a safe, supportive, and understanding space for meaningful healing.
Life can appear organized externally, yet internally it can be overwhelming. If you’re the one others rely on, but inside you feel anxious, burned out, or disconnected, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress who are tired of just getting through the day and are ready for meaningful, lasting change. As a licensed therapist and U.S. Air Force veteran, I understand the pressure of high responsibility, burnout, and feeling like you always have to hold it together.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and practical, drawing from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based therapy. I focus on helping you understand what’s weighing on you while building coping skills, emotional regulation tools, and stress management strategies you can actually use in your daily life.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression, and I also support clients navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, caregiving stress, grief, and adjustment issues. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.
If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, trauma, or major life changes, this is a good place to begin. I currently have daytime availability and would be glad to connect.

Hello, I'm Tracey.
"Relationships often die not because of conversations that were had but rather conversations that were never had," (Lysa Terkeurst).
Communication is the #1 most reported reason for couples to enter therapy. It is the "appropriate" way of saying, "he doesn't listen to me," and "all she wants to do is talk and talk, {nag}" or giving each other what I refer to as the "non-verbal abuse" {silent treatment}. It means I don't know my partner, or we can't talk without fighting. Yet almost every couple starts off communicating at some level. I mean, come on--you and your partner would not be a couple if the first date involved playing the "Staring contest" where the first one to blink loses.
What we fail to recognize is that Communication is a form of Intimacy. And all other forms on intimacy hinge on protecting the communicative intimacy. So, what is that and how do I get some before we leave each other?
Communicative intimacy refers to the deep emotional and relational closeness that develops through communication, where individuals feel understood, valued, and connected on a personal level. It is both a feeling and a process shaped by how people interact, listen, and respond to each other. It involves an aligned commitment to taking care of it and protecting it. So, time's a wasting and you both are out of options. You both need to commit to starting this before you commit to ending.
Welcome! Congratulations on taking an important step towards prioritizing your well-being.
Navigating the mental health system can be a confusing and difficult process, but you are here and that is already progress. I would like to make that process less daunting and assist you in reaching your desired quality of life.
I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for us to process painful past experiences as well as current difficulties. I will provide you with and help you practice a variety of techniques that will empower you to push past your discomfort (and/or trauma) to live the fulfilling lifestyle you are searching for. While addressing your symptoms, we will also explore and expand your personal strengths in order to improve your self-esteem and boost your confidence. Creating a strong foundation of trust in yourself to handle difficult situations is one of the most powerful tools to manage and prevent depression and anxiety-related symptoms.
Therapy does not have to be boring or stressful. Together we can explore different creative approaches such as art, mindfulness, games, hands-on activities/worksheets, videos, and books to enhance your experience in ways that feel most meaningful and helpful to you.

Creating a space where you can find what works best for you in your journey. Focusing on strengths helps individuals recognize their own resilience and capabilities, which is vital for growth. By tailoring my approach to each person's unique situation, I honor their individuality and foster a deeper sense of self-understanding and agency. People often thrive when they feel heard and supported in a way that aligns with their own needs and goals, rather than being pushed into a redefined mold.
