Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge? Exhausted from trying to hold everything together? You may be struggling from the effects of anxiety, depression, or trauma. Maybe you're feeling emotionally drained, unmotivated, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore. You may find yourself having difficulty relaxing, withdrawing from the people or things you once enjoyed, constantly overthinking, or worrying about what might go wrong. Anxiety and depression can make even everyday life feel exhausting, and you don't have to figure it all out on your own. Together, we can work to understand what's contributing to how you're feeling, develop healthier ways of coping, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, divorce, coparenting, or work issues, therapy can be a safe place to slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin reconnecting with yourself.

Although I uphold professional boundaries, my clients say therapy with me is like talking to a friend except I give my full undivided attention and zero judgement.

I also specialize in helping people who have experienced unhealthy relationships, domestic violence, emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, and trauma. Sometimes these experiences show up as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting yourself or others, or feeling as though you've lost your identity. You do not have to know exactly what to call what you've been through in order to seek support. My goal is not just to help you get through each day, but to help you reconnect with yourself and create a life where you feel empowered, safe, confident, and like yourself again. You're not stuck. Healing is possible, and you do not have to go through it alone. I provide a warm, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being your authentic self. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.

First session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to talk about. I provide a warm, friendly, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying what you'd like to work on and develop goals that feel meaningful to you. Most importantly, we'll make sure you feel comfortable with me and that we're a good fit for working together.

Strengths

I knew it was my calling to become a therapist when I was told how easy I am to talk to and how quickly others feel comfortable opening up to me. I bring warmth, empathy, authenticity, and a sense of humor to my sessions, helping clients feel comfortable being themselves. I am always honored to be invited into someone's world to help them learn, grow, and heal. The relationships I build with my clients are important to me, and I always appreciate being part of their healing journey. Although I uphold professional boundaries, my clients say therapy with me is like talking to a trusted friend, with the added benefit of my full undivided attention and zero judgement.

Ideal clients

My ideal client may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and wants to feel more like themselves again. They may be struggling with relationship issues, divorce, co-parenting, family conflict, work issues, grief, life transitions, and low self-esteem. They may be having difficulty dealing with everyday stress, struggling to relax, feeling irritable or on edge, overthinking, or withdrawing from people and things they once enjoyed. I also have specialized experience supporting individuals affected by unhealthy relationships, domestic violence, emotional abuse and narcissistic abuse. My clients are looking for a therapist who is warm, supportive, validating, and nonjudgmental while also helping them develop practical tools, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
