Hi I am Pat Windsor a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been providing therapy for over 20 years to countless individuals and couples.

I love working with essential oils and working with clients with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, parenting and relationship concerns.

I pride myself in providing a calming and serene environment. Clients and friends tell me I have "a therapist voice". I love to see my clients grow and become the person/people they want to be. My goal is to contribute a more personal touch of care to you. I specifically picked an older therapist because I feel like I listen to older people more than people my age(27). I am a huge cry baby, but Pat helped me breathe through some heavy moments, and moments where she was being direct and I unclear. She said some things during our session that not only resonated but felt aligned, and I think she'll be a great fit.
