I’m eclectic, energetic, and a natural storyteller, and I’ve spent my career helping people make sense of their experiences in a way that feels grounding and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to grow at your own pace.
At the heart of my work is a belief in resilience—the understanding that every person has the capacity to grow, heal, and move forward, even when life feels overwhelming. I strive to create a safe, supportive space built on trust and open communication, where you can explore your experiences without judgment and at your own pace. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration. Together, we focus on progress that feels meaningful to you, whether it’s navigating stress, improving relationships, managing emotions, or rewriting unhelpful patterns.
I support individuals and couples in building healthier relationships through stronger communication, emotional regulation, and meaningful self-exploration. Whether you’re navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or seeking greater clarity in your emotional world, I provide a supportive, structured space to develop insight and practice new skills.
I view therapy as a journey of growth—one where you don’t have to walk alone. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your strengths, discover new perspectives, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach, Healing with Purpose, is an integrative framework that brings together Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy with the timeless structure of the hero's journey — helping you understand your story, identify what's driving your patterns, and build a clear path forward. I welcome clients of all backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, dual diagnosis, identity challenges, and relationship concerns.
Every relationship leaves an imprint. The quality of our relationships shapes nearly every part of our lives, including the relationship we have with ourselves. Whether you're recovering from a breakup, struggling with family dynamics, navigating friendship challenges, or feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, therapy can help you heal and rebuild trust in yourself and others. My practice focuses on helping adults understand their attachment style, heal relational wounds, strengthen emotional connections, and create relationships that feel secure, authentic, and supportive. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be holding you back and create lasting change that supports healthier, more fulfilling connections in all areas of life.
Many of the clients I work with find themselves repeating the same painful cycles, overthinking relationships, struggling with boundaries, fearing rejection, or feeling disconnected despite wanting deeper connection. Through a compassionate, attachment focused approach, we'll work to understand where these patterns began, how they continue to show up in your life, and what it takes to create meaningful change. I believe healing happens when we gain insight into our experiences while also learning new ways to relate to ourselves and others. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can process difficult emotions, build self trust, increase emotional resilience, and develop the confidence needed to create stronger, healthier relationships.
If you are struggling with relationship conflict, depression, anxiety or addiction and are committed to doing the hard work of inner change, I have a history of successful results achieved through evidence based interventions. Hello. I am a caregiver by nature and have worked in many roles in healthcare. I love helping and healing. I often use art therapy techniques in therapy that heal by putting things on paper to make thoughts and feelings tangible, so we can see them, touch them and wrap our mind around it and what heals. I was born into a musical family and see how music can be a powerful tool to heal, to manage and to cope. My practice is grounded in proven strategies and most of my clients do get better. Therapy works. I have seen it thousands of times at this point in my career. I can only hope that what has helped others will help you meet your therapy goals too.
Hi, I’m Ashley Conway, a Licensed Therapist providing virtual therapy to adults throughout Florida. I’m passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, and grief as well as the emotional challenges that can come with feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
You may appear to have everything together on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed by racing thoughts, worry, and emotional exhaustion. Anxiety and overthinking can make it difficult to feel present, confident, or at ease, especially during periods of transition or uncertainty. Changes in relationships, career paths, personal identity, or daily responsibilities can leave you feeling stuck and emotionally depleted.
I support adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, and life transitions in developing healthier coping strategies, emotional awareness, and a stronger sense of balance. Together, we explore the patterns contributing to overwhelm while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear-minded, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.
I think it is important for a therapist to be able to implement multiple approaches to the therapy process in order to best serve a client. I do predominantly utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, but I may modify the approach to best meet your needs and goals. My main focus is helping you make progress and meet your identified goals.
I initially was drawn to being a therapist because I wanted to help others meet life's challenges and understand that sometimes we need a partner/support on that journey. I have worked with many different populations over the course of my career, including children, teens, adults, and seniors. Additionally, I have experience working in many different settings, including community mental health, inpatient mental health units, juvenile justice, nursing homes, and adult corrections. I believe these varied experiences and populations have helped to make me a well-rounded therapist.
I am an enthusiastic and well-organized professional with over fourteen years of demonstrated competence in providing comprehensive mental health and Behavioral Health therapy to
patients experiencing difficulties in matters of functioning to their
fullest capacities. I have a proven
record of successful clinical
interventions. I am focused on creating rapport with my patients

I work with individuals ranging from 18 to 90 years old. Painful experiences often lead people to develop protective strategies to manage overwhelming emotions. These strategies may appear as perfectionism, emotional avoidance, anger toward loved ones, or repeated involvement in unhealthy relationships. While they can offer temporary relief, they often create disconnection from oneself and others, contributing to feelings of loneliness, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I am dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their sense of self worth and process traumatic experiences that contribute to insecure attachment and unhelpful patterns. I believe that although emotional wounds often occur within relationships, healing also takes place through safe and supportive connection. With compassion, courage, and a willingness to explore difficult experiences, meaningful and lasting change is possible. Healing can happen, and there is always hope.
Do you feel lost? Endless anxiety? Confused about who you are? Hopeless? Feel like you're on a treadmill that never stops.
Society tells us who we should be. But real joy and contentment comes from being who we really are, our most authentic selves. Real contentment also comes from purpose, hard work, and connection. My life's work is to guide and support those seeking a transformative journey to living your best life.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.
Life is full of change, and sometimes those changes can feel overwhelming. I believe there is no single “right way” to handle life’s challenges, which is why I take a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel supported and more at ease with where you are while working toward where you want to be.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve gained experience with a wide range of approaches including expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, yoga, nature-based practices, nutrition, and relationship work. I enjoy bringing creativity and flexibility into sessions so that we can find what works best for you. I have a strong background in helping clients with worry, low mood, and spiritual concerns, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable exploring any challenge you’re facing.

Using evidence-based therapy, I help clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I help teens and women heal from complex childhood trauma, neglect, and abuse—especially when those experiences show up as people-pleasing, identity loss, painful relationships, intense emotions, or a complicated relationship with food and their bodies.
I became a therapist because this work genuinely matters to me. Over the past nine years, I have seen how trauma can remain hidden beneath perfectionism, overachievement, unhealthy relationships, disordered eating, and the feeling that you have no idea who you are because you spent so long surviving. I also understand that trauma symptoms are frequently misunderstood, treated only at the surface, or confused with features associated with diagnoses such as Borderline Personality Disorder or Bipolar Disorder. I take time to understand the whole person—not just the label.
I am warm, down-to-earth, and honest. I balance validation with respectfully challenging the beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck.
I have ADHD, three tiny chihuahua coworkers named Bryn, Blair, and Bowie, plus licenses to provide therapy in Florida, Illinois, Texas, and Colorado. I am proudly a girls’ girl, and my practice is mainly focused on the mental health and relational experiences of teens and women. *I generally do not work with men for therapy*

First and foremost, I am a wife and mother. I have real life experiences that can relate to people. I have been treating clients for 25 years. I use real life, practical coping skills to help clients in real life situations. I have worked in community based centers, schools and therapeutic individual settings. These experiences allow me to have a clear, rounded understanding of people and their life situations.
My name is Brandi. I provide a relaxed environment that I was told by current clients I currently serve, and help making therapy comfortable. I am very creative in terms of interventions and talking points individualizing how I work with each client. As you will see, I specialize in multiple diagnoses and symptoms. I have been working in this field for over 20 years and tailor conversations to each individual as each client has different preferred approaches, such as wanting to be challenged as well as a softer approach; I assess each client's preference when we first meet.

Hello, and welcome. I'm Kanilina Clerge, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of KC Counseling and Wellness. We specialize in helping adults and couples navigate the impact of trauma on relationships, emotional well-being, and daily life.
Our Grow Therapy profile represents KC Counseling & Wellness as a practice, rather than a specific counselor. We thoughtfully review each client's intake information and match them with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs.
Our approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. We integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relationship-focused interventions to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
If you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trust issues, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting effects of difficult life experiences, we strive to provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and deeper connection can occur.
