A psychiatric evaluation, which can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour, is part of the initial session. I will recommend some medications to you. Additionally, I'll give you access to my Spruce account, a messaging app that you can utilize to get in contact with me regarding any questions you may have about your course of treatment.
Medication management is one of my therapeutic strategies. For the best therapeutic results, I advise combining medication management with therapy, although therapy is not required to receive medication management from me. If you need a therapist I can refer you to one. To assist me in establishing a diagnosis, I use a variety of screening tools. Screening tools include questionnaires that can be completed before or during our appointments. I offer genetic testing through Genesight. This will help me determine which medication would be most appropriate for you based on your metabolic profile.
The treatment of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and ADHD is my area of greatest expertise. Although I am proficient in caring for all mental health diagnoses.
