I am licensed in New Jersey with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, addiction, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem and confidence and career difficulties. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will work together to define your goals for treatment and develop a strategy that will help you to achieve your goals. Where appropriate we will use worksheets to periodically assess your progress in treatment in addition to discussing progress toward your goals in each session. After our sessions you will have some actions that you can implement throughout the week to help you move towards your treatment goals. As you progress in treatment we will expand your skills to other areas or situations that you identify as opportunities that will move you toward a happier life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My approach to treatment will allow you to use new skills to begin targeting the areas that will lead you to achieving your goals. We will work together to refine your skills and individualize to your particular situation so you can take actions in your day-to-day life that will support you in achieving the happiness that you deserve.
